1. Energy (physical) - Feeling like you lack the physical or mental energy to get things done or enjoy the great life you do have? Energy upgrades (often combined with health upgrades) allow you to effortlessly knock out that overwhelming to do list, and get to the things that you love to do.
2. Body Image - Poor body image is a serious issue in our world today. Almost every female struggles with it and many males too. You have an opportunity to heal a layer of body image that you struggle with...each healing allows you to remove a layer of body image programming. Sign up for one healing or many. Often there are many layers of body image so it may take several upgrades to remove them all.
3. Karma - Karma can be lifetimes old. When we let go of our old karma we allow ourselves to propel into the life we have always wanted to have. Many people have a build up of karma...when you begin to remove layers of it you truly become free to manifest your desires.
4. Relationship - Get upgrades to help improve the quality of any relationship in your life, including parents, children, friends, and co-workers. For couples, see below in the larger agreement section (number 27).
5. Pain - if you struggle with physical pain you don't need to hear about how much it impacts other aspects of life including our mental health and relationships. Pain in the energy world can and will be turned into love and peace when you heal it. Let’s remove a layer of pain together…
6. Clarity - Mental clarity, clarity of choice to make, clarity about who you are. All clarity allows you to fully be present with what is. Let’s heal a layer of confusion, doubt, uncertainty, unconsciousness together and become clear with what's in front of us.
7. Money - Money is a gift. If you want to generate more of it (but have been unable to) you may have a block in the way, or a belief system weighing your money down. As you receive this healing let’s open the flood gates of your money and heal what’s blocking it. Please note to fully remove all the blocks, it typically takes several upgrades.
8. Health - Health is everything. This healing is simple. Let’s help your health become more balanced and alive so you can thrive. If you are dealing with a larger health issue please see number 25.
9. Power - To own your power is to stand with great confidence and knowing. Power is so important in generating the life you want. Together we will turn yours on!
10. Truth - It's been said "that the truth will set you free." Illusions can be heavy and will weigh you down. Illusions are often rooted in your lineage or collective based and filled with doubt, uncertainty, and judgements. Truth is filled with clear blue skies that help you see not only who you are but see how to build what you want with clarity.
11. Joy - Joy is the best. When you feel true joy it’s a feeling of nothing being wrong in your world. Joy is an internal feeling. It is generated by you. Often grief, self doubt, insecurity, or sadness cloud your joy. I will work with rainbow energies to help you open to and receive your JOY.
12. Mental Health - Your mental health is your peace of mind...need I say more? I recommend these upgrades for everyone and usually more than one. I will help you have a strong mental health body and help It become clear, concise, conscious, and healthy!
13. Emotional Health - Your emotional health is your ability to control your emotions, feel your emotions, express your emotions, and balance your emotions. Together I will help you find your emotional peace and stability through my energy blessings and rearranging.
14. School - The school systems are outdated and worn out in many ways. Our children these days have loads of karma to heal with their schools so your children can thrive academically and socially. We will be healing school karma with friends, teachers, and the school itself which will help your child feel better, lighter and happier in school.
15. Business - Business is your ability to succeed and make the money or reach the goal you have in mind. Business karma, or your business energy may be off...which is somehow slowing down your success or creating more responsibility than needed. I will do a business upgrade that will get things moving and flowing in the right direction. If you have a bigger problem and you know there is a lot to upgrade in your business please see number 24 below.
16. Abundance - Let’s heal lack consciousness and run loads of abundance…you will feel abundance deep in your heart and in all aspects of life from this upgrade.
17. Self-Worth - Self-worth is about your integrity, dignity, self-esteem, and self-trust. Your worth is your ability to stand up fully for who you are and never waver from that. But mostly your worth is how much you value yourself and your ability to generate the life you believe you deserve. If your worth is low your life will reflect that.
18. Confidence - Standing in your light...strong and able..seeing your inner-radiance and outer-beauty. Confidence is the fuel that moves the car forward.
19. Self-Assurance - Standing in YOU. This upgrade is about knowing who you are. Your knowing channels will be upgraded into more knowing so you can look in the mirror and not only see who you are but feel and know it through the entirety of your being.
20. Channel Clearing - Knowing, seeing, feeling, hearing, sensory channels…This upgrade helps your channels become clearer. Clear channels allow you to connect to the divine's information and brings forth your intuition.
21. Brain Health - How your brain functions and overall brain health. Receive a brain remodel and begin operating at full capacity.
22. Gut Health - For those of you who have gut and digestion issues this is for you. Gut health is about your self-worth, power and your ability to deeply love yourself.
23. Generational Healing - Heal generational karma that runs through your mind, body and soul that is ready to be cleared and completed through you.
